Client
Emschergenossenschaft, Essen
Project volume
EUR 29.8 million
Construction time
06/2013 – 12/2016 (43 months)
The regional Boye receiving water has been ecologically enhanced thanks to the new waste water sewerage duct. The waste water feed, which previously ran into the Emscher tributary, will be underground in future. The joint venture is undertaking the jacking, the frame sections and the manhole structures made from reinforced concrete. Wittfeld (now Eiffage Infra-Nordwest) is laying open design pipelines. A sewer with storage capacity and overflow (with lower-lying discharge) as a discharge facility and restoration work complete the range.
